If you’re a Telecom or Digital Island customer we can do it ALL for you. We can arrange & liase with Telecom or Digital Island to move your lines and broadband, we can move your phone system & associated equipment, and, if needed, cable the new premises. Even if you’re not with Telecom or Digital Island we can advise you on what to request regarding your lines from your telecommunications service provider.

Maintenance and Support
ABT provides technical support & maintenance on a large range of telephone systems, such as LG Ericsson, NEC, Aria & Panasonic.
We are able to tailor a maintenance agreement to suit your needs from a basic quarterly check to a monthly comprehensive service. If you have an issue we will attempt to advise you over the phone how best to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to resolve the issue over the phone we can arrange for an experienced technician to visit your site. (NB: Standard Charges would apply)
Repairs
Isn’t it frustrating when you can’t hear that caller or the call cuts off right at the most important part of the conversation?
Often the phones wear out before a phone system does and if the system is an older model the manufacturer stops producing phones. Has your current supplier refused to service your phones? Have you been told they are too old you need to upgrade? We can help.

Many of the modern data and telecommunications solutions require a strong cabling backbone to function properly, and in many situations older buildings have no cabling infrastructure at all.

Training
Training is the most important part of a new or old phone system, if you don’t know how to use it then your company can’t function efficiently.

This can be done as a group or on a one-to-one basis with the training tailored to the specific users needs.
We are also able to supply user guides for new & older phone systems (Goldstar, Philips) either in printed form (cost may apply) or soft copy via email.
